Der er tale om 4% i løbet af den seneste måned, mens de i løbet af et helt år er faldet med gennemsnitligt 1.8 %. Det er dermed den eneste landsdel, hvor priserne over et helt år er gået ned ad bakke.
Kigger man på de andre landsdele, så er det kun i Region Hovedstaden, at der har været prisstigninger i løbet af den seneste måned. Her er priserne steget med 0.30 %. I resten af landet er priserne faldet. Efter fald i priserne på både parcelhuse- og ejerlejlighedsmarkedet, så er det fortsat Nordjylland, der er den billigste landsdel, når man kigger på prisen pr. kvadratmeter. 9.295 kroner er gennemsnitsprisen pr. kvadratmeter på et parcelhus, mens prisen pr. kvadratmeter for en lejlighed er væsentligt højere og ligger i 16.346 kroner.
Der er gennemsnitsprisen billigere på Sjælland og i Syddanmark.
